Christine Petersen

Managing Director

Christine Petersen is a master in digital productivity, time management and workflow management solutions.

With 20 years’ experience Christine has personally coached over 8,000 Senior Leaders and Managers internationally. With a successful career in both the corporate world and learning and development, Christine has been at the forefront of helping individuals and teams to meet the demands of a constantly changing business environment. She developed her intellectual property, TimeSmart – Productivity through Technology, in response to a growing demand by business leaders for practical ways to achieve better control of workflows and use of technology.

Christine and her team of accredited facilitators have helped over 25,000 busy executives in the APAC Region to raise their productivity. Leading international organisations including BlackRock, BMT Asia Pacific, Credit Suisse, Coutts, DFS, GHC Asia, Mayer Brown JSM, MGB Metro, Schindler, Securities and Futures Commission, Walt Disney and many more have successfully undertaken TimeSmart programs.

Time Technology launched in Brisbane in 2014. In 2017 Christine returned to Australia and continued to travel to Asia four times a year to work with clients in various countries. In early 2020 Covid-19 stopped travel, this motivated Time Technology to create a very successful online learning solution. Christine continues to work with Senior Managers in Asia as they prepare for a post Covid-19 hybrid global business environment demanding collaborative leadership.

In Hong Kong Christine had been an active member in the business community – she held the positions of Vice Chair AustCham Technology Committee, Chair BritCham IT Education Committee, Board Member Community Business Leadership Team (CBLT) and is a regular speaker at the various Chamber and management events across Asia.

Christine commenced her management career in the manufacturing industry in Australia, she was the first woman to be appointed to the National Manufacturers Council in Canberra. For over 15 years, Christine held various senior management positions in sales and marketing. During this time, she gained first-hand experience as to how productivity impacts the company’s bottom line profitability and team success.

Often, Christine is referred to as a master productivity mentor, her style is pragmatic and driven by the belief that genuine productivity success is achieved through effective digital processes and technology. In her mind, there is no greater gift than time!
